The Role
As an Senior AI Applied Researcher working on AI Triage, Investigation and Response, you will lead efforts to develop AI driven solutions for Radiant customers.
What problems you will be working on?
- Building the 'brain' behind our product - by designing cutting edge agentic flows
- Cost and scale: We need to bring the power of LLMs and big-data integrations to customers on any budget.
- Accuracy: We aim to correctly triage any alert while providing full transparency on each step taken and the reasoning behind it.
- Breadth: We need to run on any customer environment and automate any security use case.
- Lead the research and optimization of agentic flows to solve complex problems
- Perform PoCs using bleeding edge technologies to empower our product
- Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) service to improve the consistency and quality of our pipelines.
- Fine tune LLMs to optimize accuracy and cost
- An incredibly strong AI Applied Researcher with experience building complex AI applications.
- Experience with LLMs, Agents, RAG, NLP, ML algorithms
- Strong experience of leading research projects from PoC stage to production.
- Ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
