We’re looking for a Sr. Team Lead, Paid Media to lead performance marketing execution and optimization at scale. This is a hands-on, analytical, and high-impact role overseeing a team of channel experts (digital ads, affiliates, and search) managing tens of millions of dollars in annual spend. You’ll work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing and own the numbers—budgeting, performance analysis, campaign excellence, and funnel conversi

What We

• Need:8+ years of experience in paid media, with at least 3 years managing large-scale performance marketing programs (minimum $20M+ annu
• ally).4+ years of people management (team lead and beyond), preferably in a global c
• ompanyHands-on campaign management experience across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, programmatic, and/or affiliate plat
• forms.Deep understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and full-funnel performance marketing best prac
• tices.Strong analytical background—you can spot a tracking error, build your own report, or model a what-if budget scenario in your
• sleep.Experience working closely with data engineers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to optimize measurement, attribution, and marketing sy
