We're looking for an experienced Staff Software (Backend) Engineer who thrives in highly technical environments, loves solving complex scaling challenges, and is passionate about building robust, cloud-native platforms.

🛠 What You'll Do:

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of high-scale distributed systems and backend services.
• Own and drive complex technical projects end-to-end, from design to production.
• Work with cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, Docker, Golang, TypeScript.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: Product, Security, DevOps.
• Contribute to technical vision, mentor engineers, and shape system architecture for scale and reliability.

🧩 Who You Are:

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience in cloud-native environments.
• Deep technical expertise (Such as Golang' TypeScript), and experience building large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with CI/CD practices, scalable API design, and production-grade security standards.
• A system thinker with a "platform mindset," who understands the balance between technical excellence and business impact.
• Passionate about collaboration, mentoring, and solving real-world technical challenges.

🚀 Nice to Have:

• Experience in security engineering, DevSecOps, or cloud infrastructure security.
• Past experience in scaling a product from early-stage to large-scale adoption.
• Contributions to open-source projects or active technical blogging.
