Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Systems Implementer role located in Raanana, Israel. The Systems Implementer will be responsible for;
- Provide technical support to clients.
- Customize systems using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and more.
- Create document templates, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Perform QA and collaborate with team members.
Qualifications
- English communication (reading & writing) - mandatory
- SQL knowledge - mandatory
- Technical support experience - an advantage
- Familiarity with HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript - an advantage
- Willing to work afternoons until 8:30 PM
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
