Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead full NPI processes
- Work with R&D to implement DFM and DFT principles
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers, ensuring quality and delivery schedules
- Support production, troubleshoot issues, and drive process and product improvements
Qualifications
- BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering – mandatory
- 3-5 years of New Product Introduction experience
- Skilled in mechanical drawings, technical documentation, and BOM structures
- High-level English (written and verbal)
