Brand Manager

We're looking for a Brand Manager to join our team!

In this role, you’ll ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day marketing activities, coordinate marketing plans, and track performance of advertising campaigns. You’ll also monitor marketing budgets and ensure that all materials align with our brand identity.

To succeed, you should have strong analytical skills and the ability to implement global strategies to enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement the local brand marketing strategy.
• Ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams: Finance, Key Account Management, S&CM, Customer Service, and Demand Planning.

Marketing Coordination

• Define strategic vision and long-term action plans.
• Monitor sell-in (Net Sales) and sell-out (Market Share) performance.
• Prepare and execute timely marketing plans.
• Manage product assortment, including launches, relaunches, and licensing processes.

International Marketing

• Collaborate with regional category teams in Italy and report to the management unit in Greece.

Cross-Functional Projects

• Prepare and present Customer Business Previews.
• Organize brand forums.

Media

• Ensure yearly media plans align with budget and objectives.
• Coordinate with Media Agency and Alpa Media Manager on media briefs and targets.

Budget Management

• Prioritize investment based on global strategy.
• Monitor and update budget regularly.
• Handle Purchase Orders and internal budget tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's and MSc degree (MBA or Marketing preferred)
• 4–6 years as a Brand Manager (preferably in FMCG)
• Fluent English
