International Business Development Specialist

Location: Acre (Israel), with frequent international travel

SAN Tactical Breaching specializes in advanced breaching capability designed for tactical operators. Our gear and training programs are utilized by military units, law enforcement agencies, firefighters, and rescue teams worldwide.

We are seeking to expend our team with an experienced (3+ years) Business Development Manager with a strong operational background. This role focuses on expanding our international market presence, managing global partners relations, and delivering specialized training. The ideal candidate will be integral to our team, driving sales and development across international markets.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in global markets.

• Build and maintain relationships with international clients, partners, and suppliers.

• Conduct specialized breaching training sessions for international clients.

• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.

• Create and execute marketing and sales strategies.

• Negotiate contracts with international clients and partners.

• Support marketing efforts including presentations and social media activities.

• Proven experience as a tactical operator, preferably with command or instructional background – Breacher’s background is a plus.

• Experience in international business development, sales, or marketing.

• Fluency in English at a native or near-native level (both written and spoken) - additional languages are a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - social media & AI applications are a plus.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.

• Availability for frequent international travel (over 12 trips per year)
