RIS System Referent JB-4175

A hospital located in the southern Shephelah region requires a professional referent for the RIS (Radiology Information System) system.

The role includes responsibility for maintenance, support, ongoing operation, and leading improvement and efficiency processes in the system, while working regularly with clinical teams, technicians, radiologists, and software providers.

Areas of responsibility:

Technical and operational support for the RIS system (for example: eRAD, Elgotech)

Troubleshooting, investigating problems, and providing professional solutions to users

Working with the DICOM protocol, including managing communication processes between PACS and RIS systems

Training new users and implementing new processes in the system

Working with software providers and internal IT departments

Improving and streamlining work processes in the system according to clinical needs

Documenting processes, writing procedures, and producing reports

At least two years of experience in RIS system support - mandatory

Practical familiarity with RIS systems Common (eRAD, Algotech, etc.) – Required

Knowledge and experience working with DICOM protocol – Required

High technological orientation and quick learning ability

Ability to work independently, high service level and excellent interpersonal skills"
