Scientific R&D Manager- 3393

Responsibilities

• Achieve the company’s scientific objectives
• Conduct protein extraction and characterization research
• Manage daily lab work, experiments, and data analysis, including the creation of SOPs
• Review scientific literature and data to keep the company up to date
• Lead the company’s IP creation strategy
• Support food regulation processes
• Define work methods and write product specifications
• Create scientific ation and reports
• Manage collaborations with external entities, such as labs and suppliers

Requirements

• Relevant Ph.D. (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biophysics, etc.)
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience
• A creative and open-minded thinker who embraces a “can-do” and hands-on approach
• Excellent proficiency in both Hebrew and English, facilitating effective communication
• Willingness to travel abroad
• Enjoys achieving objectives and moving fast
