Quality Assurance Associate Manager | Science-Based Industry (3398)

A well-established and growing company in the medical cannabis industry is looking for a Quality Assurance Associate Manager.

🧪 What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and monitor work processes across company departments.
• Prepare quality plans, write procedures and work instructions.
• Communicate with clients in Israel and abroad on quality-related matters.
• Issue quality and purchasing requirements to suppliers; monitor inventory levels.
• Conduct internal audits and lead external inspections.
• Train employees on quality assurance processes and best practices.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of QA experience in pharma, food, or medical cannabis.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or similar fields.
• A proactive approach to dynamic work that combines office and on-site presence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• High-level Hebrew and English, spoken and written.
