Customer Support Specialist

The position's responsibilities include:

· Maintain and support customers who are using/operating programmable controllers

· Remote and hands-on support

· Working with Customer Support HQ on troubleshooting and improvements

· Solving technical problems across multiple technologies

Education and Experience Required:

· 5 years of experience with customer support – must

· Field experience with programmable controllers - must

·Knowledge of poultry/agriculture farming and farm management - Must

· Education and experience in computers, networks, IT, and electronics - advantage

· Linux knowledge is an advantage

Knowledge and Skills Required:

· Team player

· Fluent English is a must. Other languages are an advantage

· Ability to work on multi-disciplinary equipment within a complex environment

· Ability to work in a global support organization

· High Troubleshooting capabilities to diagnose complex technical problems

· Ability to independently complete solution implementations
