Financial Controller

We're looking for a strategic Financial Controller to join our leadership team and shape the future of our financial operations as we scale.

What You’ll Do:

• Optimize Finance Ops: Oversee affiliate payments, revenue tracking, expense management, and PSP integrations.
• Drive Strategy & Compliance: Develop tax strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead accurate financial reporting.
• Scale Financial Planning: Build scalable structures, evaluate new products/partnerships, and drive forecasts and budgeting.
• Lead & Collaborate: Build a high-performing finance team and work cross-functionally with legal, ops, sales, and data teams.
• Mitigate Risk: Implement fraud detection measures and manage financial risks.
• Maintain Transparency: Keep meticulous records and communicate financial insights across the organization.
