Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a comprehensive transformation project in mortgage processes—across business, operational, and digital domains.

- Collaborate closely with expert teams from the bank and TCS, including senior executives.

- Map regulatory and business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

- Bridge the worlds of financial services and technology in a dynamic environment.

- Coordinate and manage local and international stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in the mortgage sector – mandatory.

- Strong understanding of relevant regulations (e.g., Bank of Israel directives 329, 451, etc.).

- Experience in working with senior management – advantage.

- Excellent communication skills, high service orientation, pleasant and trustworthy demeanor.

- High-level English (spoken and written, including leading meetings) – mandatory.

- Strategic thinking, initiative, and desire to grow into broader content areas.
