Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Payroll Specialist, based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.
The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll administration for approximately 300 employees.
Key responsibilities include processing payroll, handling garnishments, ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations, and providing general payroll support.
Daily tasks will include verifying timesheets, calculating wages, auditing payroll entries, resolving discrepancies, and assisting employees with payroll-related questions and issues.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in payroll services
- Certified in Israeli Payroll – required
- Bookkeeping certification – a plus
- Proficient in payroll administration and payroll processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with payroll software and systems
