Customer Project Manager

We are seeking a Customer Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects for our customers. This role bridges the gap between our clients and internal teams, ensuring successful delivery of hardware and software solutions. You’ll play a crucial role in managing project timelines, technical coordination, and customer communication. You'll work on cutting-edge wireless and networking solutions.in a dynamic, collaborative environment that encourages innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership:
  
  

Drive end-to-end project execution, from initiation through delivery.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Customer Engagement:
  
  

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer project-related activities.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by managing expectations and delivering results.

• Team Coordination:
  
  

Coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams including hardware (board/mechanical) and software development.

Ensure alignment of internal resources and manage task dependencies effectively.

• Project Tracking & Communication:
  
  

Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.

Provide regular updates to internal teams and customers regarding status, risks, and issues.

• Risk Management:
  
  

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Proactively handle changes in project scope, timeline, and resources.

Requirements:

• Proven project management experience working with both hardware and software development teams.
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Technical background or education in engineering or computer science is a plus.
• Experience or knowledge in wireless and networking systems, such as: WLAN (Wi-Fi), Bluetooth / BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy)’ Other wireless technologies and protocols- Advantage.
