Embedded SW Engineer

What will I be doing?

• Be a part of embedded SW team which is responsible for all the company embedded software components
• Write design document and test plans for new features and improvements of existing features.
• Implement design of new features and improvements.
• Maintain and handle bugs and issues in written modules.
• Full responsibility for specific modules and features which requires collaboration with other teams like algorithm, VLSI, hardware etc.
  
  

• Electrical/Software Engineering/Computer Science degree.
• 4-5 years hands-on experience with real-time embedded SW development.
• Experience in C and C++ programming on embedded systems
• Experience with RTOS such as ThreadX, FreeRTOS or equivalent
• Acquaintance with micro-controllers and peripherals
• Ability of Self learning and independent working.
• Team player
  
  

• Knowledge in design patterns and SW architecture
• Knowledge in Video Encoding/Decoding
• Experience with SW development methodologies.
• High level system understanding.
• Knowledge in OFDM or other modem architecture.
  
  

• This position is based in the Raanana office
• Reporting to embedded SW team leader
• Amimon employees are working 3 days from the office and 2 days optional from home.
