We are an Agri-tech company that is going to break the glass ceiling on agricultural yields. Our technology has shown a 30%-60% increase in yield compared to best known methods in Israel. All this while using the same amount of resources and even less. This also leads to a big environmental impact: our technology allows to grow more whilte using less resources. Also, there is much less run-off fertilizer that causes environmental damages.

Currently, we have a working MVP and we have set up various POCs with strategic collaborators.

Unfortunately, one of the founders of the company has passed away and we are looking to start a new "founders" team to take this technology and revolutinize the world agriculture.

We are looking for passionate and skilled people that can join in various roles:

CEO - Building the company strategic and business vision, and raising funds

Business development - Finding new business opportunities for the company technology

Agronomist - Joining the R&D and develop the technology to it's full potential

AI specialist - Optimizing the algorithmic model and apply it to the real world

Sales - Help gain traction for the company MVP

Other - for someone who is very skilled and passionate, we will find together a position that will be able to utilize those skills and help us achieve our goal.

The company is based in Israel but we are willing to consider application globally.

Currently, we don't have funds to pay a salary but we are offering equity for founders who will join. At our current status, we aim to succeed raising money and start paying salaries in 2026.
