SEO Manager

Riverside empowers creators and businesses to create high-quality audio and video content. Since launching, we have experienced rapid growth and are trusted by customers such as Spotify, NY Times, NBC, CNN, and iHeartMedia.

We are looking for an SEO Manager to join our Organic Search team. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll be one of the main stakeholders of our organic search strategy, growing Riverside’s revenue and visibility in Search Engines, AI Search and LLMs.

What you’ll do:

• Monitor and analyze Riverside’s and its competitors’ organic performance to improve and build SEO campaigns
• Perform keyword research, trends and audience analysis using various sources and across different organic channels
• Build, manage, and execute the SEO roadmap
• Use automation and AI responsibly to increase efficiency and results
• Fix technical issues and improve the domain’s site health in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Create and manage high-impact content strategies
• Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to create content that achieves its goals
• Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to increase Riverside’s authority, earn links and mentions
  
  

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience in a commercial environment
• Expertise in technical SEO, SEO strategy, content strategy, or digital PR
• Proven success in driving revenue and traffic through organic channels
• Strong data-driven and experimentation mindset with advanced SEO tool proficiency
• Excellent project and resource management skills
