We’re looking for a passionate and experienced PCI Lead to join our team and drive our compliance efforts forward. If you're a security-savvy professional with a deep understanding of PCI DSS, a knack for audits, and a collaborative mindset – we’d love to meet you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead internal and external audits to assess and ensure compliance with PCI DSS requirements.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations.
• Advise and support internal teams, helping to improve security policies and procedures across the organization.
• Stay ahead of changes in PCI DSS standards and ensure ongoing alignment with the latest requirements.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct employee training to raise awareness and understanding of PCI DSS and broader information security practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field – a plus, not a must.
• Proven experience conducting IT audits, ideally in the finance or payments sector.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP – an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of PCI DSS standards and hands-on experience with PCI DSS assessments.
• Ability to analyze and understand complex IT systems and environments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
