Implementation Team Lead

We're hiring: Implementation Team Lead | Konimbo

Konimbo is expanding, and so is our work with advanced clients and technologies. We're looking for a Implementation Team Lead – someone who combines strong technical skills, leadership experience, and a passion for delivering smart, scalable solutions.

In this role, you'll lead a team of implementers and manage end-to-end digital projects for strategic clients. You’ll be involved in everything from onboarding and scoping to automation and go-live, with a strong focus on innovation and client satisfaction.

🔍 Your responsibilities:

• Manage and guide a team of system implementers (recruitment, training, 1:1s, scheduling)
• Lead onboarding and implementation of complex eCommerce projects
• Prioritize tasks, maintain high service levels and response times
• Join client-facing meetings to define technical and design needs
• Analyze client requirements and create tailored system solutions
• Track project progress and hold weekly planning sessions with your team
• Solve complex implementation challenges with creativity and ownership
• Perform QA and technical reviews before go-live
• Promote innovation by applying automation, AI tools, and smart workflows
• Collaborate closely with product, development, design, and support teams

✅ What you bring:

• Experience leading a professional team – must
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, CMS, and eCommerce flows – must
• Solid technical background – HTML & CSS required; JS/Python – a plus
• Experience with automation or AI tools – strong advantage
• High-level communication, ownership, and service orientation
• Full proficiency in Excel and project management tools
