Technical Leadership & Architecture: Define system architecture, set up cloud infrastructure, and establish technical standards.
Task Management: Break down tasks, estimate time, and manage schedules.
Code Quality: Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
Team Development: Mentor and manage the team and developers, and lead technical meetings.
Operational Management: Handle real-time incidents and manage onboarding processes.

4+ years of experience in React development (including Redux, Next.js, TypeScript, ES6+ & GraphQL).
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
2+ years of experience in managing software development teams, focusing on agile methodologies and project delivery. Experience with code reviews and managing teams and developers.
Excellent communication, mentoring, and technical meeting leadership skills.
Bonus: Familiarity with additional libraries (jQuery, MomentJS), C#/.NET Core, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
