- Technical Leadership & Architecture: Define system architecture, set up cloud infrastructure, and establish technical standards.
- Task Management: Break down tasks, estimate time, and manage schedules.
- Code Quality: Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Team Development: Mentor and manage the team and developers, and lead technical meetings.
- Operational Management: Handle real-time incidents and manage onboarding processes.
- 4+ years of experience in React development (including Redux, Next.js, TypeScript, ES6+ & GraphQL).
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- 2+ years of experience in managing software development teams, focusing on agile methodologies and project delivery. Experience with code reviews and managing teams and developers.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and technical meeting leadership skills.
- Bonus: Familiarity with additional libraries (jQuery, MomentJS), C#/.NET Core, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
