אנו מגייסים נציג/ת SDR לעבודה ראשונה או שנייה בתחום המכירות, מול לקוחות עסקיים בתחום הפינטק (Digital Payments).

המשרה ממוקמת במשרדי החברה באזור התעשייה פולג, נתניה – במרחק 3 דקות הליכה מהרכבת.

מה כולל התפקיד?

• יצירת קשר ראשוני עם לידים נכנסים ולקוחות פוטנציאליים (Inbound SDR)
• אפיון ראשוני של צרכי הלקוח והעברת ההזדמנות לצוות המכירות לסגירה
• תקשורת מול עסקים ישראליים בשיחות טלפון, זום, מיילים ווואטסאפ
• עבודה עם מערכות CRM וכלים טכנולוגיים לניהול קשרי לקוחות
• בנייה והעשרה של מאגר לידים ופרופילים עסקיים

שכר ובונוסים:

• שכר בסיס: 8,000 ₪
• עמידה ביעדים: כ-10,000 ₪ ברוטו
• אפיקי קידום לתפקידים מתקדמים במכירות שטח או ניהול שותפים

Sales Development Representative (SDR) – No Experience Required (Netanya)

We’re hiring an entry-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing B2B fintech team (Digital Payments).

The role is based at our offices in the Poleg Industrial Zone, Netanya – just a 3-minute walk from the train station.

If you're looking for your first step into the business world, have strong communication skills and a positive attitude – this is the opportunity for you. The role is also suitable for those with partial experience, recent graduates, or discharged soldiers without prior sales experience.

Company activity : local market (Hebrew speakers)

What will you do?

• Reach out to inbound leads and potential business clients
• Qualify prospects and hand off opportunities to the sales team for closing
• Communicate with Israeli businesses via phone, Zoom, email, and WhatsApp
• Work with CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline and follow-ups
• Help enrich and maintain a high-quality database of leads and contacts

Compensation and bonuses:

• Base salary: ₪8,000
• On-target performance: approx. ₪10,500
• Opportunities to grow into field sales or partner management roles

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience – an advantage, not required
