Financial Manager for PR & Influencer Agency

We welcome an ambitious finance professional ready to make a significant impact in our growing PR & Influencer company. This role includes full responsibility for the finance department, working with external accounting, and active involvement in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Department Management: Working with external accounting and performing regular audits
• Budget management and cash flow control
• Client invoicing, collections, and vendor payment management
• Banking relations and payroll preparation
• Supporting client transactions including pricing, profitability analysis, and contract management
• Financial monitoring of projects
• Involvement in strategy development and business initiatives
• Implementing technological tools and financial best practices

Job Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Experience in an accounting firm (Big 4 - advantage), with readiness to lead a financial department
• Strong business acumen and financial management experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical thinking with ability to translate financial insights into strategic decisions
• Understanding of digital marketing landscape and relevant platforms
• Adaptability and effective performance in fast-paced environments
