Receptionist

Main responsibilities

• First Point of Contact (Receptionist):
• Interacts with employees, customers, vendors and other guests, serving as a Red Hat representative and as the first impression for our company to these individuals.
• Employee requests management; managing badge and access, parking system, building maintenance etc.
• Responsible for managing the visitor system as well as maintaining and ensuring the front-desk/public areas presentability.
• Maintains best customer service delivery at all times.
  
  

• Managing Workplace logistics; Data management, shipping system
• Daily ticketing management
• Routine site communications and building related notifications
• Event & meeting support; coordinating various office activities to support customers, guests and site events, meetings and parties
• Implementing the team initiatives in the local office
• Collaborating with the Global Workspace Solution team, to complete tasks and projects related to site operations
  
  

• 2+ years of relevant experience: preferably in the Hi-tech industry.
• Excellent customer service, with a focus on positive language and clear communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to quickly establish/grow relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on resource coordination and data-management.
• Active listener who is comfortable engaging in dialogue with associates and guests.
• Professional business appearance at all times.
• Familiarity with G-Suite and comfortable with business productivity tools
