BizOps Senior Lead

We’re looking for a Business Operations Senior Lead to join the greatest minds of Lemonade on the BizOps team in Tel-Aviv.

Consider BizOps to be a team of “mini COOs” working hand-in-hand with the company’s leadership, enabling Lemonade to dream big. BizOps is responsible for building the muscle that allows Lemonade to constantly and confidently function at a hypergrowth pace. You’ll help shape the company's vision, translate it into strategic initiatives, and execute those projects.

In this role you’ll

• Support executives across Lemonade in annual and quarterly planning, as well as OKRs—helping ensure the right strategies and priorities are always being executed
• Work closely with senior leadership in developing wide scale and data-driven Business and Operational strategies
• Use insights and analysis to guide decision making and identify business improvement opportunities
• Guide, mentor, and direct Business Operations associates, while also getting down and dirty with the data
• Lead operations for one or more business units, facilitating streamlined day-to-day operations and driving long term operational excellence and automation
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects, partnering with multiple teams and products across Lemonade
• Own your own priorities—we trust you’ll make the right choices

What you’ll need

• 9+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or business operations, including significant managerial experience
• A track record of leadership, with a proven ability to mobilize teams and effectively direct and develop top talent to get big things done
• Top-notch problem solving skills and a wealth of experience in tackling large-scale, complex and ambiguous problems
• A passion for performing rigorous analysis, identifying gaps, and harnessing resources
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, adept at working collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders across time zones
• Extremely well-organized and self-motivated
• Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week or ability to work in a remote environment
• Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
