📍 Location: Modi'in | 🕒 Full-time | High availability required

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our IT team. This is a hybrid role in a dynamic and operational business environment, involving support, maintenance, and innovation across both cloud and on-premise infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support for a wide range of IT infrastructures in a hybrid environment (Cloud & On-Premises).

Evaluate, design, and implement new technological solutions.

Assist development teams with infrastructure planning and requirements.

Guide and train Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams, helpdesk personnel, and field technicians.

Maintain and manage existing systems while coordinating with system owners and following organizational procedures.

Perform ongoing infrastructure optimization to ensure peak performance and efficient resource utilization.

Apply system updates and hardening procedures in accordance with the organization’s security policies.

Monitor systems and proactively detect and resolve infrastructure-related issues.

Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure maximum system uptime.

Perform additional duties as required by management.

Requirements:

✅ 3+ years of experience in a large-scale hybrid environment

✅ Hands-on experience with Azure (required)

✅ Strong PowerShell scripting skills

✅ Proficiency in AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, VMware

✅ Team player with excellent problem-solving and self-learning abilities

✅ Advantage: Experience with Office365, VDI, automation tools, and security tech
