Inviting applications for the role of Senior Embedded Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the embedded systems development team in designing, developing, and testing embedded software and hardware solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure the successful execution of projects by managing resources, KPIs, and schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical skills and career growth.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, and team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• .Minimum of 10 years of experience in embedded systems development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• .Strong knowledge of embedded software development, including C/C++, RTOS, and microcontroller architectures
• .Knowledge of FPGA, System design, verification and validation, and test automation
• .Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from concept to production
• .Excellent problem-solving skills, stake holder (internal and external) management skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
• .Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• .Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both English and Chinese)
