Alpa Cosmetics Group is a leading company that manufactures, imports, and markets cosmetics and consumer goods for some of the world’s top brands. The company also serves as the exclusive distributor for a wide range of unique brands in the Israeli market.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Cosmetic Trainer. In this role, you will:

• Compiling training materials and conducting training sessions for all employees in the Cosmetics Division.
• Preparing and implementing an annual training plan for all company training activities.
• Approving the annual training plan, including vision and objectives.
• Conducting field visits alongside sales managers and providing visit reports.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree – mandatory.
• Previous experience in training – mandatory.
• High-level English proficiency, including speaking, reading, and writing – mandatory.
• Experience in the cosmetics/beauty industry – a significant advantage.
