We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Tech Recruiter who understands the high-tech landscape and the importance of identifying and hiring top-tier talent. This role includes managing the end-to-end recruitment process, working directly with hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies, actively searching for candidates on social networks, conducting interviews, and more.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in tech recruitment – Previous experience recruiting for software companies, startups, or recruitment agencies is a significant advantage
• Advanced sourcing skills – Full proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search techniques such as Boolean Search
• Tech-savvy mindset – Familiarity with automation tools, plugins, and digital platforms that enhance recruitment processes
• Process management and independent work – Full responsibility for managing the recruitment process from sourcing to signing
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with hiring managers
• Genuine passion for recruitment – Interest and engagement in the tech industry, understanding job market trends, and a proactive approach
• Relevant academic degree – Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a tech-related field is an advantage
• High-level English – Fluent speaking and writing skills for working with international candidates and clients
