COMMS On-site Coordinator

Location: Jerusalem

CAF Israel is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented COMMS On-Site Coordinator to join the Comprehensive Solutions and Systems Unit. This role is ideal for engineers with a solid background in telecommunications who are ready to contribute to a large-scale transportation infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and manage COMMS-related scopes and interfaces within ongoing site works
• Monitor and control the planning and progress of COMMS activities
• Oversee and support the implementation of technical solutions provided by the COMMS team
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and suppliers on-site
• Participate in and assist with field testing
• Produce and maintain accurate progress reports for the COMMS subsystem
  
  

• Education: Degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Industrial, Electronics, or related field)
• Experience:
• Over 7 years of relevant experience in similar roles
• Experience in transportation systems or rail projects is highly preferred
• Technical Expertise:
• Solid knowledge of railway telecommunication systems (network, wireless transmission, station systems, OCC)
• Languages:

• Advanced English (C1 level); other languages are a plus
