COMMS Lead Supervisor

We’re looking for an experienced COMMS Lead Supervisor to take charge of communication systems on a major light rail project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of communications supervisors on-site
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of communication systems
• Plan and execute regular inspections and performance checks
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with technical teams and contractors
• Collaborate with suppliers and external stakeholders
• Manage work schedules, including weekly plans and progress follow-up
• Prepare reports and presentations for management
• Balance field work with office-based tasks
• Night shifts may be required when necessary
  
  

• Minimum 5 years in the communications field — railway experience preferred
• At least 3 years in a team leadership role
• Technical Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of communication systems (IP networks, telephony, radio, etc.)
• Knowledge of railway systems (signaling, safety, control systems) is a plus

• Fluent in Hebrew and English
• Proficient in relevant work management and tracking tools
