Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Bookkeeper to join our team and take full ownership of the company’s bookkeeping operations. The candidate will report directly to the Finance director.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and capable of managing all aspects of bookkeeping, including a strong understanding of all balance sheet items. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including journal entries and bank reconciliations
• Handle customer accounts, collections, and orders. 
• Manage supplier accounts and payments process
• Prepare VAT reports and manage reporting process to authorities
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a bookkeeper- must
• Experience working with ERP Priority- must
• Strong knowledge of balance sheet structure and GL accounts
• Experience working in inventory-intensive import companies – Advantage
• Responsibility, professionalism and good human relations
• Proficiency in Excel
