Are you passionate about driving digital commerce success across multiple touchpoints? We're looking for an eCommerce Specialist to join our growing team and own the orchestration of our eCommerce operations from end to end.

🌐 About the Role

As our eCommerce Specialist, you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, execution, and client-facing communication. You’ll take charge of managing and optimizing all digital sales endpoints—including multiple websites—while collaborating with internal teams (media, creative, SEO) and acting as a point of contact with clients.

You won’t just manage tasks—you’ll own the eCommerce experience, from product catalog management to campaign support and everything in between.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the management of all eCommerce platforms (websites, marketplaces, online storefronts)
• Ensure seamless product listings, pricing accuracy, and up-to-date catalog presentation
• Coordinate with media teams to support paid acquisition and organic growth strategies
• Drive organic channel performance (SEO, on-site content, CRO initiatives)
• Collaborate with design and dev teams to improve site performance and UX
• Communicate regularly with clients on performance, updates, and next steps
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of messaging, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
• Monitor KPIs and use analytics tools to track performance and suggest improvements

🎯 What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or online retail operations
• Strong understanding of digital channels and eCommerce tools (Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Experience working with media teams or external agencies (PPC, SEO, creative)
• Solid organizational skills and a proactive mindset
• Strong communication skills—able to liaise confidently with both internal teams and clients
• Bonus: experience in B2C product environments or managing multiple storefronts
