Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of the Toyota brand within the Marketing Division, including direct management of a team of Brand Managers.
• Developing and executing the local brand strategy, aligned with global guidelines and business objectives.
• Leading annual marketing planning, breakthrough campaigns, and nationwide marketing support for the Toyota dealer network.
• Translating business goals into insight-driven marketing initiatives.
• Leading market research and data analysis to generate insights and inform decision-making.
• Ongoing collaboration with advertising agencies, local and global vendors, and strategic partners.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years managing a marketing team (2 or more employees).
• Proven experience in building and executing marketing strategies with measurable impact.
• Experience in the automotive or FMCG sectors – a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical skills – experience in research, data analysis, deriving insights, and building actionable plans.
• High ability to manage cross-functional interfaces and drive internal and external collaboration.
• Fluent English – day-to-day communication with global stakeholders.
