• Build full-funnel PPC strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok & LinkedIn
• Launch and optimise campaigns (handling ≥ ₪500 K budget per month)
• Define testing roadmaps, automate workflows, report insights to clients
• Collaborate with our creative team to turn data into high-impact ads

• 3+ years managing performance media in an agency or high-growth start-up
• Proven ROAS improvements on budgets ≥ ₪500 K/month
• Mastery of Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube), Meta CAPI, TikTok Ads Manager
• Fluency with GA4, Looker Studio, Supermetrics; SQL is a plus
• Fluent Hebrew (reading & writing) and strong professional English
