Bid Manager

A leading power supply solutions company, based in Netanya is looking for a talented Bid/Proposal Manager to join a technology and business team for a challenging and dynamic role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire proposal process in coordination with the sales department and the business development unit
• Gather and consolidate information from various departments to prepare pricing proposals, including background documents and tender submissions
• Receive customer requirements from the sales team, conduct feasibility checks with the development team, and review technical, quality, and regulatory documents
• Respond to Statements of Work (SOW) and ensure proposals meet client specifications
• Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders, including our U.S. subsidiary and legal/regulatory teams both locally and globally
• Prepare presentations and participate in multi-party discussions with clients
• Review and analyze contracts, specifications, and technical documents
• Independently manage tasks and support the business unit with various assignments

Requirements:

• Academic degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field – required
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial roles – required
• Proven experience in preparing bids, reviewing contracts, and creating price proposals – required
• Ability to read and understand technical documents/specifications
• Very high level of English
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with Priority, Salesforce – advantage
• Background in a manufacturing/defense company – advantage
• Technical background or experience in electronics – advantage
• High attention to detail, organizational skills
• Broad perspective with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional work environment
