What you’ll be doing:

• Designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable data pipelines across diverse medical data sources
• Validating, profiling, and extracting data to maximize accuracy and usability
• Partnering with leading clinicians, data scientists, and researchers to translate data into clinical innovation
• Defining and owning processes for development, QA, deployment, and monitoring of data flows

What we're looking for:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer
• 4+ years of professional Python experience
• Proven work with a variety of data formats and database environments (SQL, NoSQL, JSON, Parquet, cloud data stores)
• Expertise in AWS and designing cloud-native data architectures
• Strong experience with version control and environment management (Git)
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent – or self-taught coders with a passion for clean, impactful code
• Experience with real-world clinical or healthcare data – a major plus
• A great team player who communicates well, takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic R&D environment
