AI Video Creative Designer

We're on the lookout for a highly creative, tech-savvy Creative Designer to join our growing team at Helfy! If you live at the intersection of design, storytelling, and cutting-edge technology, this is your chance to shape the visual future of telehealth. In this role, you’ll combine strong graphic design skills with marketing creativity, and harness the power of AI tools (especially for video creation) to craft engaging, high-performing content for campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

Visual Design & Branding

• Create engaging video content for social media, ads, and product campaigns
• Use AI tools (Runway, Sora, Leonardo, Midjourney, etc.) to generate visual concepts and speed up workflows
• Design eye-catching static and animated graphics for digital platforms
• Edit and enhance short-form videos using motion graphics and dynamic transitions
• Work with the marketing and user acquisition teams to conceptualize platform-optimized campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.).
• Build and maintain a strong, cohesive visual brand identity across all digital touchpoints.
  
  

• Partner with marketing, content, and tech teams to deliver creative assets that align with business goals.
• Provide creative direction to freelance designers or video editors when needed.
• Stay on top of design and AI innovation trends to continuously improve our creative output.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in motion and graphic design
• Expertise in AI video creation
• A strong portfolio featuring AI-enhanced videos, marketing campaigns, and digital product design.
• Hands-on experience with AI video creation tools like Midjourney, Leonardo, Sora or similar – this is a must.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, CapCut.
• Solid understanding of digital performance metrics, social ad formats, and data-informed creative design.
• A good grasp of motion design, animation, and storytelling for short-form content.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication in English (written and verbal).
• Experience in healthtech, wellness, or telemedicine – a strong plus.
