For 39 years we’ve shaped Israel’s standout brands through smart strategy and bold design. We’re now seeking a hands-on Senior Art Director who can guide our designers from the first spark of a concept to the final pixel-perfect delivery.

• Lead & mentor the studio team, setting the creative vision and reviewing work
• Design actively—expect at least half your week on the tools, not just in meetings
• Develop full brand identities, campaign key visuals, packaging and digital assets
• Build clear guidelines and hand-offs so every project ships on-brand and on-time
• Present concepts to the team and clients with confidence and clarity

• 5+ years in top branding or advertising agencies, owning projects end-to-end
• Portfolio that proves mastery of typography, composition, colour, and concept
• Fluent in Adobe CC (Ai, Ps, Id) and Figma/Sketch; bonus for 3D, motion, and video knowledge
• Natural coach: able to elevate junior designers while keeping projects moving
• Native-level Hebrew and strong English for occasional global work
