Job Title: Operations & Finance Manager

Location: On-site (Yokneam Illit) – One day remote

Position Type: Full-time

Experience Level: Early-career / Junior level (2–3 years of experience, or 1–2 years post-internship for CPA-track candidates)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Finance & Operations Manager to support core financial processes, business analysis, and cross-functional operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, analytically driven, and eager to contribute across multiple business domains. The position reports to our Director of Finance and collaborates with product, marketing, operations, and external finance service providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage company budgets, forecasts, and actual performance

• Build and maintain worksheets for internal financial data (e.g., sales, inventory, fulfillment, expenses)

• Support development and tracking of KPIs across business units

• Analyze marketing and funnel performance metrics

• Clean, analyze, and present business data to support internal decision-making

• Assist in creating documentation and improving operational processes

• Collaborate with accounting partners to support financial reporting cycles

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Industrial Engineering

• 2–3 years of relevant experience (or 1–2 years post-internship for CPA-track candidates)

• Extremely well-organized, with strong time management and attention to detail (!)

• Advanced Excel skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification

• Experience in a startup, tech or fast-paced work environment

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI
