sales coordinator (student position)

Job Description:

• Managing task tracking and control processes (Back Office) in collaboration with the domain manager and sales managers, as well as with the international supplier and internal departments such as Procurement, IT, and Finance
• Preparing price quotes
• Creating and managing catalog items and their relationships in the CRM system
• Managing price lists, working with the supplier, and organizing all domain-specific information
• Training salespeople on Opportunity to Order processes
• Handling purchase orders for products – from customer submission to billing, including regular management of license files

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree student in Industrial Engineering & Management, Logistics, or other, with at least three semesters remaining (excluding summer semester)
• Previous experience in Sales Support / Logistics / Operations / Back Office – an advantage
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and full proficiency in Excel – an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing frequent changes in requirements and schedules
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• High-level English proficiency
