We’re seeking an R&D Team Lead who will collaborate with inspiring people, and lead the team toward success.

What’s the Job?

• Work with technologies: C#, .NET core, Elasticsearch, Redis, MongoDB, RabbitMQ and more.
• Responsibility for all aspects of software development in the team - from technologies, security, scalability and reliability, to processes and people development.
• Drive technical excellence, high product quality, innovation, and timely delivery in an agile, production critical environment.
• Lead, grow, mentor and manage a team of talented Software Engineers in our office and be responsible for the development process.

What Do You Bring?

• An R&D Team Lead with 4+ years of experience in managing engineers.
• At least 5 years of experience in backend development.
• Experienced with distributed systems architecture, serverless, and code quality practices.
• You have great leadership skills, proven architecture/design skills and knowledge in a wide range of technologies.
• You’re highly motivated, self driven, and you lead by example, with a "hands-on" management style.
