Main Objective:

Take responsibility for all processes across the warehouses of both companies (the warehouses are adjacent), ensure their efficiency and transparency, and lead the creation of a new warehouse from scratch.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee storage, order processing, procurement, and logistics operations.
Ensure accurate inventory management.
Optimize resource utilization and reduce costs.
Work with key efficiency metrics and ensure their achievement.
Participate in the organization and launch of the new warehouse.

What We Expect from You:

Experience in building and establishing warehouse processes from scratch.
Managing warehouse teams and optimizing their work.
Knowledge of procurement processes and international logistics.
Ability to work with metrics and data analysis.
Fluency in Hebrew and conversational English.
Willingness to work daily at the warehouse in Kfar Etzion (located in Gush Etzion).
