We are seeking a Quality Manager to join our executive team in a global food and personal care company.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in team management and quality strategy development.

Key responsibilities:

• Team Management: Leading and managing the quality assurance team.
• Executive Consultation: Providing quality-related advice and consultation to senior management.
• Quality Standards Compliance: Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC-22000, and GMP for cosmetics.
• Strategic Quality Planning: Developing and implementing quality strategies to meet company standards for quality, safety, environmental impact, and Unilever policies.
• Independent Work: Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Academic Degree: Bachelor's degree in food engineering or chemistry is mandatory.
• Industry Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in quality assurance within the food industry.
• Language Skills: High proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Work Experience: Previous experience working in a food manufacturing plant is mandatory.
