Project Planner

Join our fast-paced tech startup as a Project Planner — a unique, hands-on opportunity for a highly motivated student to play a key role in our product and operations.

Wearable Devices Ltd. (NASDAQ: WLDS) is a growth company developing AI-based neural input interface technology for the B2C and B2B markets.

As a member of our operations department, you will play a central role in planning, coordinating teams, and driving the successful development of our cutting-edge products. 

You will report to the company’s Chief of Operations.

This is a student/ part-time position / Location - Yokneam Illit, Israel - job on site 

Responsibilities:

• Ability to act as a focal point for senior management, providing clear and timely updates on project status, risks, and progress across teams.
• Develop a detailed project plan, including milestones, work packages, timelines, and reports.
• Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address issues impacting timelines or deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, manufacturing, software, algorithms, R&D, and product teams to gather project requirements, set priorities, and ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the product lifecycle.
• Product Operations - Experience in sprint planning, bug tracking and prioritization, and ensuring smooth workflow across product and R&D teams.

Mandatory Requirements:

• A demonstrated minimal two-year track record as a Software/technology company project planner.
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. student or holds an academic degree in Industrial engineering and management, Information Systems engineering, MBA / Business Management, or a related field.
• Proficient with project management tools and software, such as Monday.com, Jira, and MS Project.
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Strong self-management skills and a proactive mindset.

Other Requirements:

• Familiarity with agile and Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with keen attention to detail.
• Experience with hardware and software development lifecycles, including customer product development and manufacturing processes. 
• Background or demonstrated interest in data analysis, algorithmic thinking, or AI-related technologies.
• 2+ years of working experience in a company with 30+ employees.
