We're looking for a Technical Product Owner to join the Data Security team, located in our Tel Aviv Office. As a Technical Product Owner, you will work alongside the product manager to provide detailed requirements and collaborate with the development team to ensure the most valuable and proper functionality of the product.
Your role is key in helping the company create innovative products that meet customer needs and support their short- and long-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Refine the customer requirements, alongside the product manager, and design future capabilities.
- Work closely with the R&D teams through development on agile methodology, including determining scope and priorities for product development cycles, ensuring alignment on product vision and roadmap.
- Prioritizes stories and epics to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
- Solve product-related problems, make decisions, and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
- Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
- Collaborate with Technical Writers to promote the initiatives and to provide the necessary documentation.
- Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.
- Keep up with agile/scrum best practices and trends.
- 3-5 years of experience in product development, involving development and product definition roles (in such roles as Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, Architect, Development team manager).
- A highly technical individual.
- Experience with Agile SAFE methodologies.
- Ability to advocate for customer experience and translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders (engineering, marketing, sales, customers) and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to details.
- Highly self-motivated person, fast learner, and independent.
- "Can do” attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Encourage innovation and ongoing process improvements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Manager of a development team.
- Experience in SaaS products is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the field of data security.
- Strategic thinking.
