We are seeking a dynamic Global Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts and drive our global growth strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing a world-class recruitment strategy, attracting top talent from around the globe, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of technical and non-technical roles across multiple regions.
Continuously analyze market trends to adapt recruitment strategies and processes across our diverse global locations, aligning with current and future business needs.
Oversee and manage the recruitment budget, ensuring alignment with business growth forecasts.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the company’s onboarding processes, establish metrics for improvement, and foster an exceptional onboarding experience that drives employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

At least 8 years of experience managing global recruitment in a tech company, from strategy to sourcing, with hands-on experience recruiting for technical roles across various seniority levels.
Proven expertise in leveraging a wide range of sourcing tools and strategies.
Familiarity with diverse professional profiles (technical and business), compensation structures, and evaluation metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is a significant advantage.
High proficiency in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal.
Strong multitasking skills and a passion for thriving in a dynamic environment.
