Global Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Global Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts and drive our global growth strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing a world-class recruitment strategy, attracting top talent from around the globe, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of technical and non-technical roles across multiple regions.
• Continuously analyze market trends to adapt recruitment strategies and processes across our diverse global locations, aligning with current and future business needs.
• Oversee and manage the recruitment budget, ensuring alignment with business growth forecasts.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the company’s onboarding processes, establish metrics for improvement, and foster an exceptional onboarding experience that drives employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience managing global recruitment in a tech company, from strategy to sourcing, with hands-on experience recruiting for technical roles across various seniority levels.
• Proven expertise in leveraging a wide range of sourcing tools and strategies.
• Familiarity with diverse professional profiles (technical and business), compensation structures, and evaluation metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is a significant advantage.
• High proficiency in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal.
• Strong multitasking skills and a passion for thriving in a dynamic environment.
