User Acquisition Team Lead

A market leading global SaaS company is looking for a strong User Acquisition Team Lead!

In this role, you’ll manage our experienced team of marketers, driving impactful campaigns and implementing innovative strategies in order to reach our objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, supporting professional development and target achievement
• Oversee global marketing campaigns across Facebook, YouTube, Google, and other major platforms, ensuring KPIs are consistently met
• Identify, test, and scale new marketing channels to drive business growth
• Manage and optimize multi-million-dollar budgets, using A/B testing and data-driven strategies to maximize ROI
• Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Design, Revenue, and Product teams to ensure alignment and campaign excellence
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing large-scale user acquisition campaigns (Google, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Taboola, Outbrain, etc.)
• Proven experience leading and mentoring online marketing teams
• Strong grasp of user acquisition funnels and SaaS/subscription-based models
• Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset; experienced working with large datasets
• Proactive, adaptable, and growth-oriented
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• SEO knowledge and WordPress familiarity – a plus
• Creative thinker with copywriting skills – a plus
