Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across R&D, product, and business functions.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and build effective hiring strategies. Don’t worry if we rethink things often based on feedback – it's part of the magic (and fun).

• Source, engage, and nurture a strong pipeline of technical and non-technical candidates using both proven tactics and out-of-the-box ideas. We value creativity as much as consistency.

• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience with transparent communication and personal support – even when things move fast (which they often do), it's part of what makes us different.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years in a high-paced tech/startup environment.

• Proven success in hiring for technical (R&D) positions as well as non-technical roles.

• Full professional fluency in English (written and verbal).

• Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills.

• Data-oriented, results-driven, highly organized, and proactive.

• Team player with a passion for people.
