Systems Analyst for the Development Department - position no. 1386

Responsibilities

• Working with internal clients, development teams, and marketing to gather business requirements, analyze needs and challenges, and formulate tailored technological solutions that support organizational goals.
• Analyzing existing systems, planning new solutions, and recommending improvements based on the organization's business and technological needs.
• Analyzing and specifying technological requirements, converting specification documents into detailed and clear User Stories, including defining Acceptance Criteria and prioritizing tasks based on business goals and development needs.
• Preparing technical and business documents such as functional specifications, technical specifications, flowcharts, and integration documents.
• Overseeing development and implementation processes of solutions, in collaboration with development teams, QA, and project managers.
• Analyzing system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing solutions to improve performance and optimize processes.
• This is a full-time position, five workdays a week, with the possibility of overtime if needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in systems analysis – Minimum of 4 years of experience. Significant advantage for experience with complex systems or large organizations.
• Deep familiarity with work methodologies – Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Broad technological understanding – Experience with CRM systems, REST API, web systems, and mobile applications. Technological specifications and integration solution planning.
• Strong analytical skills – Systemic problem analysis, gap identification, and offering effective solutions.
• Relevant academic degree – Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a similar field.
• High-level English – Reading, writing, and speaking.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence) and process implementation using them.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all organizational stakeholders, including development teams, managers, and clients.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and tasks with an emphasis on meeting deadlines.
